She has built spec homes, renovated houses (gutted and rebuilt), bought and sold investment real estate, owned and managed her own rental homes, and leased commercial property (including managing buildouts).

The company has a large clientele based out of state and outside of the country, so she's quite often the "trusted eyes" for remote clients making new investment purchases. She often manages repair or remodel projects (working with insurance claims when necessary) on behalf of owners. When it comes to managing budgets and making a profit on investment, she gets it.

Nelson has over 20 years experience in customer service and sales roles, earning numerous awards including Salesman Of The Year at Mercedes Benz. He is a real estate investor with several years experience in renovating, remodeling, building new construction and managing his own rental properties.. Nelson is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.

Renee` is a Human Resource professional turned entrepreneur and Realtor. Along with her many years of experience in Human Resources, she brings her skills in sales and consulting to our team. As one who enjoys travel, Renee` has had the opportunity to work with local, referral and out of state clients. Earning her designation in Real Estate as a Military Relocation Professional, she stands ready to assist the many military families in the greater Huntsville and surrounding areas with all of their real estate needs.
